Coding and marking is a process that involves applying information to products, packaging, or materials for identification, tracking, and communication purposes. In the manufacturing and packaging industries, coding and marking is used to apply variable data during late-stage production to identify key information about the product. This information can include a variety of codes, symbols, and other data.
Coding and marking can include printing variable information such as:

since 1991, SincoS has been a trusted partner of the globally renowned printing giant, Markem-Imaje, introducing high-speed non-contact printers for coding and marking in the country. SincoS stands out as the ideal partner for coding and marking solutions, exclusively providing 100% authentic Markem-Imaje printers and consumables. With a dedicated team of over 35 skilled engineers in pre-sales, sales, and service, SincoS offers comprehensive solutions for all industries of Marking and Coding products. SincoS’ portfolio encompasses laser marking, dot peen, electrochemical etching, inkjet, and more. Considering various factors influencing substrate marking and coding, such as material type, application, part function, geometry, surface finish, roughness, mark quality, and serialization, our expertise and experience position us to deliver diverse coding and marking solutions conveniently throughout Bangladesh.
Continuous inkjet printers use a non-contact method to print ink directly onto a target. This method can print on any type of target without damaging it or causing blurring or printing flaws. The Markem Imaje continuous inkjet (CIJ) printer can create clear, customizable, and traceable codes. These codes can be black or colored, and include 2D codes that comply with GS1 standards
Markem-Imaje’s laser marking machines for coding and marking are either CO2, Fiber, or UV (ultraviolet) based that mark by ablation, etching, foaming, or laser scribe imaging. CO2 laser marking technology is suitable for film, laminates, PET bottles, and inked paper and metal caps. Fiber laser marking is suitable for bare metal and rigid plastics and is used in the automotive and electronics industries and FMCG. Fiber laser technology provides high-speed printing in large coding areas and tough environments and the ability to multi-head scribe and produce high-contrast codes.
Markem-Imaje’s LCIJ technology or Large Character High Resolution Piezo provides high quality coding, fast print speed, is easy to use and is a low cost solution for secondary casing, especially on corrugates and pallets. Markem-Imaje’s Large Character Touch Dry printers use a Piezo drop-on-demand technology which digitally deposits ink onto a wide variety of substrates. The ink is heated to produce touch-dry hot melt . The technology is ideal for large case coding, films, rigid plastics, and ceramics.
Accommodate the widest range of materials and shapes and, with a typical resolution of 300 dpi. The whole series provides the highest and most reliable quality printing of all available technologies, giving “A” grade GS1 compliant barcodes. Safe and easy to use, our range of industrial labelers features distinctive technologies that will help you to achieve a great cost of ownership through maximum productionuptime, high performance, and minimum downtime
Markem-Imaje’s range of thermal inkjet printer series or TIJ printers offer high quality compliant barcodes codes on uneven surfaces and direct onto a product with ease-of-use and little maintenance required. Thermal inkjet marking is suitable on a wide-range of substrates, including cardboard, metals, plastics, foils and wood, and represents a cost-effective solution. Markem-Imaje thermal inkjet technology is contact-free and involves heating ink that is highly accurately transferred onto even moving, 3D surfaces.
Thermal transfer printer series, or TTO, is a digital printing technology that has been developed specifically to be used with flexible materials, making it ideally suited for this process, while other coding methods have multiple uses. Markem-Imaje has pioneered thermal transfer products for over three decades. Our comprehensive SmartDate® Series, the industrial thermal transfer overprinter series, provides the most reliable high-quality codes on flow-wrappers, bags, tray seals, pouches, sachets, vacuum packs or labels.
Provides seamless manual and automated data and information processing, marking and coding for improved efficiency of your entire production line or packaging operations. Includes full integration of third-party systems: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Identifies any potential product coding errors in real time, instead of at the end of the production run, so you can take action before too many products have been incorrectly marked.
Confirms that printed product, packaging and logistics data are consistent and reliable, ensuring you use the right pre-printed packaging.
Makes it easier to use packaging as a vehicle to run ‘always on’ promotions by removing need for costly real-time controllers and hardware which have historically limited such campaigns to a few production lines, or involved purchasing pre-printed materials. With this solution, unique codes are printed on demand, even at high speeds.
Automates pallet labeling processes and establishes unique, fully GS1-compliant pallet identities, enhancing your inventory management data in real time and improving traceability in the marketplace
Creates unique product fingerprints which make single products seamlessly trackable, delivering reliability and safety for distributors, resellers and users. Also enables aggregation of product coding data to entire carton units and the aggregation of the same for multiple cartons on pallets, so you can scan and track output at every packaging level.
